On the 10th March, Boux Avenue will be celebrating Mother’s Day – a time to show your love and gratitude to the special lady in your life. I’m sure I don’t need to remind you to pop this date in your diary, but I do have some wonderful news to share with you…
In the run up to this fabulous occasion we are proud to support a cause that is dear to our hearts, Breast Cancer Care.
Breast Cancer Care was founded by Betty Westgate in 1973 (originally called Mastectomy Association), five years after her own diagnosis. Using her personal experiences, Betty began running voluntary campaigns from her home in Croydon, providing education and support groups for local women. Her determination to change attitudes towards breast cancer is a gift that has transcended generations, offering support and information to anyone who has been affected, from patients to partners, family and friends.
A magnificent and inspiring lady, Betty lived for over 30 years after being diagnosed with breast cancer and died in December 2000, aged 81.
This Mother’s Day, Boux Avenue has created a Breast Cancer Care collection of selected nightwear to raise funds for this fantastic charity. We’ll donate £1 to Breast Cancer Care for every piece you buy – what better excuse to pick up a present for your mum?
I’ve put together three gift ideas for my very own Mum, who deserves to be truly spoilt this Mother’s Day…

Option 3: Batik PJs, diamond compact mirror and heart trinket box with pink taffeta scentec body butter
Each option contains nightwear from our Breast Cancer Care collection, but which should I choose for the lovely Ms. B…1, 2, or 3?
Lots of love,
Miss B x
GO BETTY!
I’m impressed, I must say. Actually rarely do I encounter a weblog that is both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you might have hit the nail on the head. Your idea is outstanding; the problem is something that not enough people are speaking intelligently about. I’m quite happy that I stumbled across this in my search for some thing relating to this.
quite nice post, i certainly really like this site, keep on it
